I’ve only been following you a short while (not quite a year, right around the time I picked up EQ2 for the first time), but I was actually starting to wonder why I wasn’t hearing so much about all the other games. I mean, I was aware of, and check it out on occasion, but it just seemed like EQ2 had been your game of choice lately (followed by EVE). Not at all bad, EQ2 is the only game I play. Just an observation that I had kept to myself. I too am looking forward to the Halas update to see what it brings to the game. I’m nowhere near bored, and still a few levels away from my first level 90, with many places I still haven’t explored, so I’m quite a ways from taking a break. But I’ve know for a long time, you’re one of those awesome “true” gamers, who can put a game for a while, focus on something else for a while, and then suddenly get the craving and jump right back in and pick up where you left off like nothing happened. Enjoy your “vacation”, and I look forward to hearing more in the future. =)

Dominix is a battleSHIP, not a battleCRUISER 😉

The BS’s for Gallente are Dominix. Megathron, and Hyperion. The BC’s are Brutix and Myrmidon. 😛

The Priest is a fun class, that is my main in WoW. It’s really not slow once you get rolling with quests , now with the quest helper built in, it’s easier than ever to knock out the levels. I suppose it may feel a bit slow when compared to EQ2, especially if you have the bonus of having multiple high level characters. I am the opposite of you, I’ve never gotten to end game in EQ2 (Main is 72), as WoW has always dominated my play.

Of my 80s, the priest was the hardest class for me to level in WoW, so hitting 64 is a pretty significant achievement! And WoW leveling is really only easy after you’ve done it once or twice. I remember reading your EQ2 leveling posts and thinking you made it sound so easy while here I am, slogging away on my brigand! 🙂 (She’s now 54! Yay!) But I figure there’s nothing quite like leveling that first character, where all the zones are new and exciting. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the ride!
