		<description>I&#039;ve always been impressed with the level of customer service in Everquest and Everquest 2. The first time I submitted a ticket in EQ2 I was about to log off since I didn&#039;t think I&#039;d get a response for a few days and the GM sent me a tell asking me what was up. Very very cool.</description>
