It shows the damage shield I get on top of my heals (based on my set bonus), but my 3rd line of TSO improves the base and critical of heals by 10% and that doesn't show at all which is slightly annoying. ;) Pretty sure it's just a healer thing. His damage shield that heals is up 35% and it shows that in green on the tooltip. I use ProfitUI though, so maybe it's a function of that.
