    That is indeed a tough choice to make. My first instinct is to say stick with the class you love the most, and you’ll find your place eventually. However, that does take time. Took me a year and then some until I found a good home where I am needed as a warden. There’s no easy answer to this dilemma, unfortunately…

    Just play what you love. The other stuff will come. If you love the warden continue to master the class and you will surely find a home. Make a point to go after a guild that you like and they will find you a spot if you are good enough and pationate enough about the game and your class. I was a raiding GL in EQ1 and we made exceptions to classes we didn’t need if they were an exceptional player and befriended the guild.

    That question runs through my mind every now and then too, playing a needed class or what I like. I played a much needed class in my previous game (bard-ish char) and the experience was drastically different compared to now. No matter how much I love my Wiz, groups always asking for healers/mp regen always makes me consider my options.
